So, this is the 6th month of photographic competition. I have good news and bad news.

The bad news is that probably it will be the last month of photographic competition.

The good news is that another competition will start, probably by the end of this month. A much more interesting one, so stay tuned

For this, I would like to ask for your understanding and aceptance of the following suggestion:

This month you can all participate in this contest with your best photo, but we would like to exclusively use this rule: This month the prizes will go (as a priority) to growers who have never won any prize in the photographic competitions.

Teilnahme + Wettbewerbsregeln

1. Teilnahme:

1.1 – Dieser Wettbewerb ist nur für registrierte Benutzer der Foren von The Green Leaf mit
mindestens 50 veröffentlichten Beiträgen auf The Green Leaf zum Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme. Der
Teilnehmer muss alle von The Green Leaf festgelegten Regeln zum Zeitpunkt der Registrierung
im Forum einhalten und diese akzeptieren.

1.2 – Mit der Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb erklärt jeder Teilnehmer, dass er seit mindestens 3 Monaten (die Mindestzeit, um Cannabispflanzen ernten zu können, von der Keimung bis zur Ernte) vor dem Datum der Veröffentlichung dieses Beitrags Cannabis anbaut.

1.3 – Um am Wettbewerb teilzunehmen, muss der Teilnehmer einen Beitrag mit einem Bild einer Pflanze, mehrerer Pflanzen (maximal 3 Pflanzen) oder eines bestimmten Pflanzenteils einer beliebigen Sorte aus der Sweet Seeds®-Genetiksammlung in diesem Thread veröffentlichen und einen Titel für das Bild angeben. Der Titel muss den Namen der fotografierten Sorte(n) enthalten.

1.4 – Wir akzeptieren keine Bilder von Sorten, die nicht im Sweet Seeds®-Katalog 2023, 2024 oder 2025 enthalten sind.

1.5 – Ein Bild gilt als gültige Teilnahme, wenn es zwischen dem 1. und dem 25. eines jeden
Monats veröffentlicht wird. Bei Veröffentlichung bis zum 25. ist das Zeitlimit 23:59 Uhr (UTC+2,
Berliner Zeit).

1.6 – Sweet Seeds® haftet nicht für den Missbrauch von Inhalten und Informationen, die von
den Nutzern des Forums bereitgestellt werden. Der Anbau von Cannabis kann eine Straftat oder Ordnungswidrigkeit darstellen; bitte überprüfen Sie die geltenden Cannabisgesetze Ihres
Wohnsitzes. Sweet Seeds® fördert unter keinen Umständen illegale Praktiken. Sollte die
Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb einen Verstoß gegen Regeln oder Gesetze Ihres
Wohnsitzlandes darstellen, sehen Sie bitte von der Teilnahme ab. Sollten wir einen solchen Fall
feststellen, werden der Teilnehmer und seine Fotos vom Wettbewerb disqualifiziert.

2. Wettbewerbsregeln:

2.1 – Wir bevorzugen Bilder, die direkt in The Green Leaf in die persönliche Galerie des
Teilnehmers hochgeladen werden. Wenn Sie an unserem letzten Gewinnspiel teilgenommen
und bereits ein Anbautagebuch im Sweet Seeds®-Unterforum (oder anderswo im Forum) veröffentlicht haben, können Sie die Fotos verwenden, die Sie bereits in Ihrem Anbautagebuch
veröffentlicht haben.

2.2 – Jeder Teilnehmer kann nur mit einem Bild pro Monat teilnehmen. Wenn Sie weitere
schöne Bilder haben, bewahren Sie diese bitte für die folgenden Monate auf. Wenn Sie mehr als
ein Bild veröffentlichen und nicht angeben, mit welchem Sie teilnehmen, wird nur das erste
veröffentlichte Bild als gültig betrachtet.

2.3 – Die Bilder müssen Originale und Urheberschaft des Teilnehmers sein. Die Verwendung
von Bildern anderer Personen führt bei Erkennung automatisch und ohne Vorwarnung zum
endgültigen Ausschluss vom Wettbewerb. Darüber hinaus wird ein Bericht an die
Forenadministration gesendet, damit diese über weitere Maßnahmen entscheiden kann.

2.4 – Jedes Bild einer Sweet Seeds®-Sorte ist zulässig. Es können Blumen, ganze Pflanzen,
Pflanzengruppen (maximal 3 Pflanzen), volle Schränke (maximal 3 Pflanzen), Outdoor-Grows,
Trichome, Stempel, Blätter, Stängel, Wurzeln, kleine Pflanzen, Setzlinge, gekeimte Samen und
sogar ungekeimte Samen usw. sein;

2.5 – Sweet Seeds® behält sich das Recht vor, die Gewinnerbilder (oder jedes andere im Sweet
Seeds®-Unterforum veröffentlichte Bild) in Marketingkampagnen, Artikeln für Zeitschriften,
Katalogen, Sweet Seeds®-Websites, Veröffentlichungen auf der Sweet Seeds®-Fanseite auf
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter usw. zu verwenden. Die Autoren der Bilder können diese jedoch
weiterhin auf andere Weise verwenden, da sie auch ihre Rechte an den Bildern behalten, die
von beiden Seiten geteilt werden;

2.6 – Der Wettbewerb wird basierend auf den elementarsten Prinzipien der Brüderlichkeit und
des Fairplay geregelt und verwaltet. Jegliche Respektlosigkeit, Beleidigung oder Versuch, den
Wettbewerb zu diskreditieren oder zu diffamieren, führt zum Ausschluss des Teilnehmers und
setzt ihn administrativen Sanktionen aus.

3. Wahl der Gewinner:

3.1 – Die Wahl der Gewinnerbilder erfolgt intern durch eine Sweet Seeds®-Jury. Die Gewinner
werden von 3 bis 5 Mitgliedern unseres Teams bestimmt, die ihrem Lieblingsbild 10 Punkte,
dem zweitbesten 7 Punkte, dem dritten 5 Punkte , dem vierten 3 Punkte und ihrem fünftbesten 1 Punkt geben;

3.2 – Die Bekanntgabe des Gewinners wird im Sweet Seeds®-Unterforum in einem dafür
eingerichteten Thread veröffentlicht, normalerweise zwischen dem 26. und 4. Tag des
Folgemonats.

4. Versand der Preise:

4.1 – Sweet Seeds® ist dafür verantwortlich, die Preise innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach
Bekanntgabe der Gewinner zu versenden. Wir können Samen nur in die folgenden Länder
versenden: Deutschland, Spanien (spanisches Festland und Balearen), Österreich, Dänemark,
Slowakei, Slowenien, Frankreich, Griechenland, Italien, Schweden, Polen, Niederlande, Irland, Finnland, Tschechische Republik, Malta. Wenn Sie nicht in einem dieser Länder leben, können
Sie teilnehmen. Wenn Sie jedoch einen Preis gewinnen, haben Sie zwei Möglichkeiten: Entweder Sie akzeptieren, den Preis überhaupt nicht anzunehmen, oder Sie finden einen Freund oder ein Familienmitglied, das in einem der aufgeführten Länder lebt, um den Preis für sich selbst entgegenzunehmen.

4.2 – Sweet Seeds® lehnt jegliche Verantwortung für Pakete ab, die nicht beim Empfänger
ankommen, wenn Hinweise darauf vorliegen, dass der Gewinner dafür verantwortlich war
(Beispiele: falsche Namen, die den Erhalt des Pakets verhindern; Fehler in den Adressdaten;
längere Abwesenheit des Empfängers während der mehreren Zustellversuche des
Zustellunternehmens; usw.). In diesen Fällen werden wir das Paket nicht erneut versenden und
der Preis wird nicht gutgeschrieben;

4.3 – Der Preis ermöglicht ein Erlebnis mit Sweet Seeds®-Samen. Sollten unter den als Preis
versendeten Samen nicht keimen, wird Sweet Seeds® diese nicht ersetzen. Auch wenn der
Teilnehmer versehentlich (aufgrund von Sweet Seeds®) andere Samen erhält als die, die er
bestellt hat, wird Sweet Seeds® keine weiteren Samen als Entschädigung schicken. Wir geben
die Möglichkeit, Samen auszuwählen, aber der Teilnehmer erhält nicht immer genau das, was er
bestellt hat;

4.4 – Die Gewinner können jede beliebige Sorte aus dem Sweet Seeds®-Katalog 2025
auswählen;

4.5 – Die Versandkosten werden von Sweet Seeds® übernommen.

5. Bestätigung der Teilnahme:

Monthly contest in which we award the 3 best pictures among all the pictures presented by any user of the Sweet Seeds® subforum at The Green Leaf Forums

How to Participate + Contest Rules

1. How to Participate:

1.1 - This contest is only for registered users from The Green Leaf forums with a minimum of 50 posts published on The Green Leaf in the moment of the participation. The contestant must comply with all the rules set by The Green Leaf by the moment of the registration in the forum, which he/she accepted;

1.2 – By entering this contest, every participant declares that he/she is a cannabis grower since at least 3 months (the minimum time to be able to harvest cannabis plants, from germination to harvest) before the date of the publication of this post;

1.3 – To enter the contest, the participant must publish a post with a picture of a plant, several plants (maximum 3 plants) or a specific part of a plant of any strain from the Sweet Seeds® genetic collection in this precise thread, including a title for the picture. The title must include the name of the photographed strain(s);

1.4 - We will not accept pictures of strains that are not featured in the 2023, 2024 or 2025 Sweet Seeds® catalog;

1.5 - A picture is accepted as valid participation when published between the 1st and the 25th day of every month. When published by the 25th, the time limit is 23:59 (UTC+2, Berlin time);

1.6 - Sweet Seeds® is not responsible for any misuse of content and information provided by the users of the forum. Growing Cannabis may constitute a criminal offense or administrative infraction; please check the Cannabis legislation applicable in your place of residence. Sweet Seeds® does not, under any circumstances, intend to promote illegal practices. If participating in this contest implies breaking any rule or law in your country of residence, please refrain from participating. If we detect any such case, the participant and photo(s) will be disqualified from the contest.

2. Contest Rules:

2.1 - We give preference to pictures uploaded directly in The Green Leaf, in the personal gallery of the participant. If you participated in our recent giveaway and you already published a grow diary in the Sweet Seeds® subforum (or anywhere else in the forum) you can use photos that you already published in your grow diary;

2.2 - Each contestant can participate with only 1 picture per month. If you have more nice pics please save them for following months. If you publish more than 1 picture and you don't specify which one you participate with, we will only consider the first picture published as valid;

2.3 - The pictures have to be originals, authorship of the participant. Using pictures from other person, when detected, originates the permanent elimination from the contest automatically and without prior warning. Besides that, a report will be sent to the forum administration so that they can decide if any additional measure should be taken;

2.4 - Any picture from a Sweet Seeds® genetic (featured in the 2024 or 2025 catalog) is accepted. It can be flowers, entire plants, groups of plants (maximum 3 plants), full closets (maximum 3 plants), outdoor grows, trichomes, pistils, leaves, stems, roots, small plants, seedlings, germinated seeds and even ungerminated seeds, etc;

2.5 - Sweet Seeds® reserves the right to use the winning pictures (or any other picture published in the Sweet Seeds® subforum) in marketing campaigns, articles for magazines, catalogs, Sweet Seeds® websites, publications in the Sweet Seeds® fan page at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Even though, the authors of the pictures can keep using them to any other means as they also keep their rights over the pictures, which are shared by both parts;

2.6 - The contest is ruled and administrated based on the most elemental fraternity and fair play principles. Any lack of respect, offence or attempt to discredit or defame the contest will leave the prevaricator out of the contest and at the mercy of administrative sanction.

3. Election of the Winners:

3.1 - The election of the winning pictures will be performed internally by a Sweet Seeds® jury. The winners are decided by between 3 and 5 members of our team who will give 10 points to their favourite picture, 7 points to the second, 5 points to the third, 3 points to the fourth and 1 point to their fifth favourite photo;

3.2 - The winner announcement will be published in the Sweet Seeds® subforum in a thread created for this matter usually between the 26th and the 4th day of the following month.

4. Shipping the Prizes:

4.1 - Sweet Seeds® is responsible to send the prizes in within 30 days after the announcement of the winners. We can only ship seeds to the following countries: Germany, Spain (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Czech Republic, Malta. If you don’t live in one of these countries, you can participate but, if you win a prize, you’ll have 2 options: accepting to not receive the prize at all, or find a friend or family member that lives in any of the countries listed to receive the prize;

4.2 - Sweet Seeds® denies any responsibility regarding packages that do not arrive to the addressee every time that there are evidences that it was the winner's fault (example: false names that impede to receive the package; mistakes in the address details; prolonged absence of the addressee during the several attempts of the delivery company; etc). In such cases we will not send the package again and the prize will not be attributed;

4.3 - The prize allows for an experience with Sweet Seeds® seeds. Among the seeds sent as prizes, if any of them does not germinate, Sweet Seeds® will not replace these seeds. Also, if by mistake (imputable to Sweet Seeds®) the participant receives different seeds than the ones he/she asked for, Sweet Seeds® will not send more seeds as a compensation. We give the opportunity to choose seeds but not always the participant gets exactly what he/she asked for;

4.4 - The winners can choose any strain from the 2025 Sweet Seeds® catalog;

4.5 - The shipping costs are paid by Sweet Seeds®.

5. Validation of Participation:

5.1 - All the users of this forum that submit a picture to this contest automatically assume the full reading and full acceptance of this How to Participate + Contest Rules text.

der Preis wird nicht gutgeschrieben;

4.3 – Der Preis ermöglicht ein Erlebnis mit Sweet Seeds®-Samen. Sollten unter den als Preis
versendeten Samen nicht keimen, wird Sweet Seeds® diese nicht ersetzen. Auch wenn der
Teilnehmer versehentlich (aufgrund von Sweet Seeds®) andere Samen erhält als die, die er
bestellt hat, wird Sweet Seeds® keine weiteren Samen als Entschädigung schicken. Wir geben
die Möglichkeit, Samen auszuwählen, aber der Teilnehmer erhält nicht immer genau das, was er
bestellt hat;

4.4 – Die Gewinner können jede beliebige Sorte aus dem Sweet Seeds®-Katalog 2025
auswählen;

4.5 – Die Versandkosten werden von Sweet Seeds® übernommen.

Monthly contest in which we award the 3 best pictures among all the pictures presented by any user of the Sweet Seeds® subforum at The Green Leaf Forums

How to Participate + Contest Rules

1. How to Participate:

1.1 - This contest is only for registered users from The Green Leaf forums with a minimum of 50 posts published on The Green Leaf in the moment of the participation. The contestant must comply with all the rules set by The Green Leaf by the moment of the registration in the forum, which he/she accepted;

1.2 – By entering this contest, every participant declares that he/she is a cannabis grower since at least 3 months (the minimum time to be able to harvest cannabis plants, from germination to harvest) before the date of the publication of this post;

1.3 – To enter the contest, the participant must publish a post with a picture of a plant, several plants (maximum 3 plants) or a specific part of a plant of any strain from the Sweet Seeds® genetic collection in this precise thread, including a title for the picture. The title must include the name of the photographed strain(s);

1.4 - We will not accept pictures of strains that are not featured in the 2023, 2024 or 2025 Sweet Seeds® catalog;

1.5 - A picture is accepted as valid participation when published between the 1st and the 25th day of every month. When published by the 25th, the time limit is 23:59 (UTC+2, Berlin time);

1.6 - Sweet Seeds® is not responsible for any misuse of content and information provided by the users of the forum. Growing Cannabis may constitute a criminal offense or administrative infraction; please check the Cannabis legislation applicable in your place of residence. Sweet Seeds® does not, under any circumstances, intend to promote illegal practices. If participating in this contest implies breaking any rule or law in your country of residence, please refrain from participating. If we detect any such case, the participant and photo(s) will be disqualified from the contest.

2. Contest Rules:

2.1 - We give preference to pictures uploaded directly in The Green Leaf, in the personal gallery of the participant. If you participated in our recent giveaway and you already published a grow diary in the Sweet Seeds® subforum (or anywhere else in the forum) you can use photos that you already published in your grow diary;

2.2 - Each contestant can participate with only 1 picture per month. If you have more nice pics please save them for following months. If you publish more than 1 picture and you don't specify which one you participate with, we will only consider the first picture published as valid;

2.3 - The pictures have to be originals, authorship of the participant. Using pictures from other person, when detected, originates the permanent elimination from the contest automatically and without prior warning. Besides that, a report will be sent to the forum administration so that they can decide if any additional measure should be taken;

2.4 - Any picture from a Sweet Seeds® genetic (featured in the 2024 or 2025 catalog) is accepted. It can be flowers, entire plants, groups of plants (maximum 3 plants), full closets (maximum 3 plants), outdoor grows, trichomes, pistils, leaves, stems, roots, small plants, seedlings, germinated seeds and even ungerminated seeds, etc;

2.5 - Sweet Seeds® reserves the right to use the winning pictures (or any other picture published in the Sweet Seeds® subforum) in marketing campaigns, articles for magazines, catalogs, Sweet Seeds® websites, publications in the Sweet Seeds® fan page at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Even though, the authors of the pictures can keep using them to any other means as they also keep their rights over the pictures, which are shared by both parts;

2.6 - The contest is ruled and administrated based on the most elemental fraternity and fair play principles. Any lack of respect, offence or attempt to discredit or defame the contest will leave the prevaricator out of the contest and at the mercy of administrative sanction.

3. Election of the Winners:

3.1 - The election of the winning pictures will be performed internally by a Sweet Seeds® jury. The winners are decided by between 3 and 5 members of our team who will give 10 points to their favourite picture, 7 points to the second, 5 points to the third, 3 points to the fourth and 1 point to their fifth favourite photo;

3.2 - The winner announcement will be published in the Sweet Seeds® subforum in a thread created for this matter usually between the 26th and the 4th day of the following month.

4. Shipping the Prizes:

4.1 - Sweet Seeds® is responsible to send the prizes in within 30 days after the announcement of the winners. We can only ship seeds to the following countries: Germany, Spain (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Czech Republic, Malta. If you don’t live in one of these countries, you can participate but, if you win a prize, you’ll have 2 options: accepting to not receive the prize at all, or find a friend or family member that lives in any of the countries listed to receive the prize;

4.2 - Sweet Seeds® denies any responsibility regarding packages that do not arrive to the addressee every time that there are evidences that it was the winner's fault (example: false names that impede to receive the package; mistakes in the address details; prolonged absence of the addressee during the several attempts of the delivery company; etc). In such cases we will not send the package again and the prize will not be attributed;

4.3 - The prize allows for an experience with Sweet Seeds® seeds. Among the seeds sent as prizes, if any of them does not germinate, Sweet Seeds® will not replace these seeds. Also, if by mistake (imputable to Sweet Seeds®) the participant receives different seeds than the ones he/she asked for, Sweet Seeds® will not send more seeds as a compensation. We give the opportunity to choose seeds but not always the participant gets exactly what he/she asked for;

4.4 - The winners can choose any strain from the 2025 Sweet Seeds® catalog;

4.5 - The shipping costs are paid by Sweet Seeds®.

5. Validation of Participation:

5.1 - All the users of this forum that submit a picture to this contest automatically assume the full reading and full acceptance of this How to Participate + Contest Rules text.
