The current restrictions against hemp were put in place and maintained, not because hemp is evil or harmful, but for big money to make more big money. Many large pharmaceutical companies that still exist today sold hemp based medicines in the 1800's and early 1900's. They knew then what I have recently found out. Hemp oil if produced properly is a cure-all that the pharmaceutical industry can't patent.

The word Cannabis derives from the Hebrew word Kaneh-Bosem which literally translates 'Fragrant Cane' and is known to have been an integral part of healing rituals during the time of Jesus and considered a holy sacrament by the ancient wise ones. Jesus did in fact use the same herb as his ancient semitic ancestors, and which is still used by people around the world for its enlightening and healing properties. Jesus used cannabis based oils to heal eye and skin diseases and his very name derives from being anointed with cannabis enriched holy oil.

The Greek title "Christ" is the translation of the Hebrew word Messiah, which in English becomes "The Anointed". The Messiah was recognized as such by his being anointed with the holy anointing oil, the use of which was restricted to the instillation of Hebrew priests and kings.

"Anointing was common among kings of Israel. It was the sign and symbol of royalty. The word 'Messiah' signifies the 'Anointed One', and none of the kings of Israel were styled the Messiah unless anointed."

The ancient recipe for this anointing oil, recorded in the Old Testament book of Exodus (30: 22-23) included over nine pounds of flowering cannabis tops, Hebrew "kaneh-bosem"( pluralized ; singular is kaneh-bos), extracted into a hind (about 6.5 litres) of olive oil, along with a variety of other herbs and spices. The ancient chosen ones were literally drenched in this potent cannabis holy oil.

"Knowledge and healing were two aspects of the same life-force. If to be rubbed with the 'Holy Plant' was to receive divine knowledge, it was also to be cured of every sickness. Holy anointing Oil

The holy anointing oil (Hebrew: shemen "oil", ha-mishchah "of anointing" שמן המשחה) formed an integral part of the ordination of the priesthood and the high priest as well as in the consecration of the articles of the tabernacle (Exodus 30:26) and subsequent temples in Jerusalem. The primary purpose ofanointing with the holy anointing oil was to cause the anointed persons or objects to become qodesh – most holy (Exodus 30:29).

Originally the oil was used exclusively for the priests and the Tabernacle articles but was later extended to include prophets and kings (I Samuel 10:1). It was forbidden to be used on an outsider (Exodus 30:33) or to be used on the body of any common persons (Ex. 30:32a) and the Israelites were forbidden to duplicate any like it for themselves (Ex. 30:32b).

The Christian Church has continued the practice of using holy anointing oil as a devotional practice, as well as in the liturgy.[1]

Pineal Power

The pineal gland, located in the centre of the brain, is about a quarter of an inch in size, reddish-gray, and weighs about one-tenth of a gram. Unlike other parts of the brain which come in pairs, the pineal gland is singular. Its location in the center of the brain and presence in other species indicates it is an older part of humanity's evolutionary brain system.

The pineal gland is present in all lower vertebrae. In other species, like birds, reptiles and frogs, the pineal gland is called the parietal eye or "third-eye" as its functions closely resemble that of an actual eye. In these other species, the pineal gland has components of an actual eye, with a cornea, rod and cone. It is considered to be the vestige of a functional sense organ of early primitive vertebrates.

Directly affected by the light taken in through the eyes, the pineal regulates sleep, menstrual cycles, mating seasons, hibernation, seasonal flight patterns and many other "instinctual" behaviors.

: Tryptamine Trippiness :

Psychedelic researcher Dr Rick Strassman has explained how the pineal gland "is quite active in synthesizing compounds related to serotonin, an important neurotransmitter in the brain. Neurotransmitters are the chemical messengers allowing communication among individual nerve cells. Most typical psychedelic drugs, such as LSD, mescaline, psilocybin, and DMT are active in brain sites which are also affected by serotonin. In addition, most of these drugs are similar in their chemical structure to serotonin." Strassman states that most of the above substances belong to the "tryptamine" class of drugs, and proposed that the pineal gland produces "one or two endogenous tryptamines found in human blood and cerebrospinal fluid. This latter fluid continually bathes the brain, and compounds found in it most likely affect brain function." Strassman also explains how "psychedelic drugs, meditational states, spontaneous near-death experiences and other phenomena which may induce stereotypic death/rebirth and paradisal/hellish states act via the pineal gland.

Lyttle points to the universal mystic vision of God as an all-consuming white light, and postulates that on a physiological level, this experience is produced from chemical reactions in the pineal gland which is extremely light sensitive. "Light, the eyes and the 'third eye' or pineal gland form a triad which directly controls and regulates normal or altered consciousness and many bodily functions? these three factors are also directly related to, or implicated in, mystical states and the 'psychedelic' experience." Visions of white light are not only associated with mysticism and psychedelic explorations, but are also a prevalent image recorded by those who experience the near-death state. A reason for this recurring theme in near-death states may be found with Dr Strassman, who suggests that after death, as the pineal gland shuts down, some of the chemical present in it may turn into "psychedelic" drugs!

According to Dr Strassman, the pineal gland may not only play an important role in death, but also in birth, possibly even in rebirth... The pineal gland first becomes visible in the human fetus at the same time as does the clear differentiation of the fetus into female or male gender. The time for both of these events is 49 days, the period of time that, according to several Buddhist texts, the life force of a deceased individual coalesces around its next corporeal existence. If the life force does indeed enter through the pineal, the manifestation of this coming and going would be the release of psychedelic tryptamines, which would mediate the visionary experiences associated with near-death, and near-birth states.

: Spiritual Traditions :

Certain initiatory cults, such as Tantrism, Kundalini and Gnosticism, acknowledged the role of the pineal gland in the spiritual process. The spiritual/instinctual life force was seen as a serpent, due to its physical structure extending from the genitals, through the spine and up into its single all-seeing eye in the pineal gland. These spiritual systems focussed around the raising of this primordial serpentine energy, based in the genitals and at the core of the pro-creative process. Through certain yogic practices this energy can be reversed and forced to travel up the spine into the brain, where it is reputed to cause "enlightenment". In the Kundalini system, which has seven distinct energy centers, the pineal gland has been variously identified with the "Ajna Chakra" and alternatively the "Sahasrara Chakra". Both pre-Christian Mithraic and second century Gnostic texts also distinctly refer to the pineal gland in relation to seven distinct energy centers and this serpentine energy.
Not surprisingly, a common experience of those who have successfully raised their kundalini is the vision of all-consuming white light. More importantly, the devotee who successfully raises the kundalini experiences a radical switch in consciousness, obliterating the sense of individuation, and enters Nirvana. Another potential reference to this curious little gland may occur at the end of the New Testament book of Revelation, where we find that the elect will know God intimately, "his name will be in their foreheads," which is where the pineal deeply lies. Noting the gland's strong connection with light, the rest of the passage is interesting: "There will be no more night; they will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light." Likewise in the Qabalistic tradition, the primordial archetypical man, Adam Kadmon, shines forth with a light from his forehead that was rich in complex patterns and linguistic symbols.
Similar imagery occurs in the Persian tradition of the light-like sacred fluid, the "vivifying and spermatic" xvarenah. "Ahura Mazda is preeminently the possessor of xvarenah, but this 'flame' also springs from the forehead of Mithra and like a solar light emanates from the heads of sovereigns." This mind-light from the forehead is also identical with the 3rd Eye of Shiva, which when opened in the individual burns away the concept of ego-bound consciousness, and when opened collectively has the potential to burn away the ties and fetters of the Old World Order.

Perhaps if enough modern psychonauts achieve the pineal experience we can push this new frame of mind onto the rest of ego-bound humanity. Here at the turning of the millennia, in the apocalyptic year of 1999, never has the potential for the state of mind which has been the goal of yogic sages, and psychedelic voyagers alike been so possible to attain for humanity as a whole.

Ein Leben ohne Plastik? Geht das? Eigentlich wollten Sandra Krautwaschl und ihre Familie dies nur vier Wochen ausprobieren. Mittlerweile sind es mehr als vier Jahre. Jetzt gibt es Seife statt Duschgel, Birkenzucker statt Zahnpasta. Aber manchmal geht es nicht ohne.

Keine Plastiktüten, keine Plastikflaschen - und auch kein Plastikspielzeug mehr: Im Jahr 2009 startete die Österreicherin Sandra Krautwaschl mit ihrer Familie ein Experiment. Schaffen wir es, einen Monat lang fast vollkommen auf Kunststoffe zu verzichten? Zuvor hatte die Familie ihren Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht, der viele angeschwemmte Plastikmüll am Strand machte sie nachdenklich. Als Krautwaschl danach die Dokumentation "Plastic Planet" im Kino sah, stand für die 42-jährige Physiotherapeutin fest: Sie, ihr Mann und ihre drei Kinder wollten versuchen, vier Wochen ohne Kunststoffe auszukommen. Mittlerweile sind aus diesen vier Wochen mehr als vier Jahre geworden. In dieser Zeit haben die Krautwaschls viele Wege gefunden, den Kunststoff zu umgehen.

SZ.de: Wenn man durch den Supermarkt geht, ist eigentlich alles in Plastik verpackt: Brot, Süßigkeiten, Getränke. Wie schaffen Sie es, auf Kunststoffe zu verzichten?

Sandra Krautwaschl: Ich gehe kaum mehr in die großen Supermärkte. Wir haben unser gesamtes Einkaufsverhalten stark verändert. Ich vermeide dieses Rumstehen zwischen den Regalen, bei dem man am Ende wahllos alles zusammenkauft, was man sich vorher nicht gut überlegt hat.

Mittlerweile gehe ich oft zum Bauern oder zum Bioladen, jetzt im Sommer pflanze ich auch einiges im eigenen Garten an. Das funktioniert natürlich nicht für alle, das ist mir klar. Mein Ziel wäre es aber, dass es für jeden wieder einfacher wird, ohnePlastik einzukaufen. Dass Supermärkte ihr Angebot entsprechend verändern.

Bioläden sind nicht billig.

Geben Sie mehr Geld aus als früher?

Im Lebensmittelbereich geben wir wahrscheinlich tatsächlich mehr aus. Aber am Ende gleicht sich das aus, weil wir vieles gar nicht mehr kaufen. Insgesamt haben wir also weniger Ausgaben für den Konsum als früher.

Manche Produkte sind so gut wie immer in Plastik eingepackt, zum Beispiel viele Süßigkeiten oder Chips.

Das süße Leben ist nun vorbei?

Ja, viele Dinge fallen einfach weg. Ich hab früher total gerne am Abend mal ein Packerl Chips gegessen, das gibt es nicht mehr. Wenn jemand unseren Kindern mal was mitbringt, verbieten wir das allerdings nicht. Die meisten Lebensmittel, die in Plastik verpackt sind, braucht man sowieso nicht - gesund sind Chips ja nicht.

Und was ist mit Kosmetika wie zum Beispiel Haarshampoos und Duschgels?

Für diese Pflegeprodukte - die man ja eigentlich kaum so nennen darf, wenn man weiß, was da alles drin ist - haben wir nach und nach Alternativen gefunden. Statt Duschgels verwenden wir einfach Seife in fester Form, und statt Zahnpasta nehmen wir Birkenzucker. Bei diesen Alternativen hat man auch viel mehr Sicherheit, was die Inhaltsstoffe anbelangt. Es geht uns beim Verzicht auf Plastik eben nicht nur um die Verpackung, sondern auch um die schädlichen Stoffe in den Produkten selbst.

Was haben Sie durch den Plastikverzicht gelernt?

Man merkt, dass man nicht immer alles haben muss und schon gar nicht immer alles sofort. Ein Grund für die vielen Verpackungen ist die Haltbarkeit, wir wollen heutzutage immer alles langfristig verfügbar haben. Der Kühlschrank ist dann voll mit Dingen, die man irgendwann mal gebrauchen kann. Dieser Drang zur ständigen Verfügbarkeit zeigt sich in unserer Gesellschaft auch bei den Getränken: Jeder muss zu jeder Sekunde etwas trinken und eine Plastikflasche dabei haben.

Tribe Warriors Fight Back to Save Amazon

The Ka'apor Indians of the Amazon have started fighting back to save the amazonian jungles by confronting illegal loggers who are incessantly destroying the rain forests of Amazon. They started a jungle expedition to search for and expel loggers from the Alto Turiacu Indian territory, near the Centro do Guilherme municipality in the northeast of Maranhao state in the Amazon basin, Brazil.
“Illegal loggers have long invaded areas of the Amazon rainforest. Tired of what they say is a lack of sufficient government assistance, the Ka’apor Indians feel it is time to take matters into their own hands.

The Ka’apor Indians are the legal inhabitants and caretakers of the territory along with four other tribes. The tribe sends out their warriors who hunt down loggers and drive them off their land.
"Nossa Terra - Our Land" is a short documentary film which takes an exclusive look inside the word of the Kaapor People of Brazil as they struggle to keep their land and their culture. The documentary includes a tour of the forest and how they hunt, find water, and use the forest for their survival.
On several occasions, Indians around Brazil have been subject to violence and attacks from illegal loggers. This time the Indians fought back.

“We got tired of waiting for the government,” Ka’apor leader Irakadju said.

The Ka’apor Indians’ way of life depends on the forest. They are not the only tribe to complain about exploiters; other warriors around the country have also set up patrols to drive away those exploiting the forest’s natural resources.

“Our forest was being taken away from us, but we woke up,” Irakadju told me one day. “Many whites feel that the standing forest is of no use. They cannot see that a living jungle is good for the entire world and helps the Earth to breathe.”
The Kaapor Indians have little choice left but to fight back in order to save their home, the Amazon forest, from being destroyed. All forests and trees on the planet sustain a very delicate ecosystem we don't quite fully understand and if we don't stop now, our future as a civilization on this planet looks bleak. We must strive to keep the planet green adopting sustainable ways of living, in harmony with the natural way. For that we must first begin to understand what is the natural way ? We must get back into the wilderness and reconnect with others aspects of ourselves we've for so long been disconnected from ... Sometimes an inner revolution is what is needed to bring about the manifestation of real change in our world and each one of us carries that eternal spark within, to light up our world. We must lighten up, now !

@Chillbox: Aber vergiss nicht, auf Erde immer erst düngen wenn Mangelerscheinungen auftreten oder zwischendurch, aber dann nur mit max. EC 0,7. Bei Bio-Dünger immer vorausdenken, so 1 Woche, bei mineralischen Düngern stehen die [lexicon]Nährstoffe[/lexicon] sofort zur Verfügung.

Nach 4 Tagen kannst die locker noch verwenden, allerdings den PH nochmal checken.
